A new year allows for reflection and growth. What was the best part of 2014 for you and why? What do you most look forward to in 2015 and why? What is one thing you hope to accomplish in 2015 and why?

The best part about 2014 for me was earning new friends. Transferring from another school was difficult but since I was able to make friends, the transition was easier. I am looking forward to new opportunities, this year I can start driver's training. I hope to be able to get good grades and have a good finish to my freshman year.

Happy 2015 everyone! My favorite part about 2014 was that I had a really great Sophomore year on the varsity golf team because I practiced everyday in the summer and worked really hard at it. I look forward to in 2015 is playing my sophomore year of soccer and learning new songs for pops because I really enjoy doing both of them! One thing I want to accomplish in 2015 is to keep working hard and to have a great rest of my sophomore year! :))

My favorite part of 2014 was our soccer season because I tried something totally new and it turned out to be really fun. I most look forward to next season and the challenges we will face, and I hope that our team will go to state in 2015.

The best part of 2014 for me was my vacation in the south west because I got to see a ton of amazing things and got to spend a bunch of time with my family. The thing that I look forward to most in 2015 is graduation because I'm excited to be done with high school. One thing that I hope to accomplish is deciding what field I want to go into after graduation.

The best part of 2014 for me was discovering my online friends. Even though I have friends at school and church, sometimes they aren't there for me or I feel left out among them, but with my online friends, I never feel left out and I always have someone to talk to. My online friends have made me happier in a hard time I was experiencing last summer. I still love my school and church friends though, and I hope that I will be able to stay friends with them even after I graduate this spring.

The best part of 2014 was getting to know people from different countries. Meeting Itziar from Spain and Ana from Mexico gave me a new perspective on our own culture, as well as information on other cultures. In addition, beginning a college course was also a highlight of my year in 2014. It taught me how to discipline myself in order to complete all of my work. In 2015, I look forward to spring break. Some of my friends go to Anna Maria Island, and I can't wait to be there to swim and to be on the beaches. I love spending time with my friends and being able to explore alone with them. My goal for this year is to do a daily yoga exercise. This will help me stay lean and fit throughout the year.

The best part of 2014 for me was hanging out with my good friends bobby, Alex and Ev. Bobby and Alex are so much fun and amazing. Ev is as well. They are two of my best friends and I do not know what I would do without them being by my side through thick and thin. The thing I look forward to the most in 2015 is becoming as good of a singer and dancer as Mary. I hope to accomplish not messing around in class with skye because we talk when we are together and it is not okay.

For me the best part of 2014 was when I won my short track national medal. Nothing feels as good as the sense of accomplishment you feel after all your hard work pays off. This year I am looking forward to getting on the long track in Milwaukee more often and seeing where I can go with it. I hope to improve my times, spend more time with Orion (my little brother) and have a more positive attitude.

The best part of 2014? Lord, I'm bad at answering these types of questions. I suppose... going to all those new places. I never really got to go anywhere, and finally got to see a few new locations last year. As for 2015, I couldn't tell you what I'm most looking forward to, because I don't know what's going to happen. I can say that I'd like to get back to my guitar at some point during 2015.

My favorite part of 2014 was getting to see my favorite band, twenty one pilots, for the first time. It's so hard to put into the words the sensation I felt while hearing some of my favorite songs performed in front of me by some of my favorite people. I was surrounded by everyone who felt struggles in their life and who have felt high and low and everything in between. They all felt the music in the same way that I did. One of the band's messages is to find purpose, think, create, and stay alive. I've found purpose nearly everyday after that night. For that brief period of time, I felt like I could tackle everything life threw at me. It was the happiest I'd ever been.

I have really mixed feelings about 2014. Whilst I had a lot of great things happen and met a lot of amazing people, it was also a hard year for me in the sense that I basically redesigned myself and the way I view my relationships with other people. Aside from being in choir and having so many wonderful people there to influence/encourage me, May-October were some of the happiest months in my life. I got the chance to go to Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, and it was weird, but I had finally found a place where I thought "This is where I belong. These people accept and understand me." all the time. Not to say I hadn't felt that before, but the feeling of security there was overwhelmingly present, and it was wonderful. I made some really good friends during these months too, but once November hit, a lot of those friendships started to crumble. So between November and the beginning of January, I've been finding it rather difficult to focus on anything that doesn't interest me or make me happy, because in that time i was struggling, I finally learned that I was the only one who could look out for me, and I had to make me happy before anybody else, because nobody else really tried and succeeded at making me forget about my sadness, except for me.

happy new year!! first of all, I think that my best part of 2014 was without a doubt, the beginning of my exchange year, because it has given my the chance to get to know a lot of great and marvelous people, and has taught me to appraise my family. For this 2015 I'm looking forward to go back home, it's been a blast this experience, but I believe that there's a limit and I'll have to return to my home and see my friends and family, and I want them to see how much I have grown up, the one thing I hope to accomplish in this 2015 is to take credits for this year back in home, and start applying for college and find my way about what I want to do for the rest of my life, based in what I love to do. I'm so thankful to God for letting me to get to know a lot of great friends that every day are becoming more like as a family to me.

As crazy as it is that it is actually happening, I am excited for graduation because I cannot wait to start a new chapter in my life with college and meeting new people in the fall. Some things I hope to accomplish in 2015 are getting out of my comfort zone more, volunteering for as much as I can, and eating healthier.

The best part of 2014 for me was coming back to North Muskegon. If i had not have come back to North Muskegon this year I would be in a bad place. I'm so happy to be back and I hope I never have to leave this school and I plan to graduate from here also. In 2015 I am looking forward to meeting new people and coming out of my shell. I don't want to look back on high school and say "Jeez I wish i wouldn't have been so shy. One thing I hope to accomplish is getting my job. I want to make my own money and use my own money I don't want to ask my mom for money for everything. I want to save up so I can put money into my car so my parents don't have to pay for the whole thing. I hope everyone is having a great start to the year.(:

To me there really wasn't a best part to last year, pretty much all of last year was great. What I look forward to this year is probably snowcoming, its the fun part that always starts the new year out. What I plan to accomplish this year is to do everything better then before.

Twenty fourteen was awesome!! 2014 was a great year for me with many new experiences and lots of learning opportunities to better myself and others around me. I look forward to summer in 2015 being able to wake up later than six in the morning and be able to drive this summer and go fishing a TON and go to the beach and enjoy the weather. I wish to get a job this upcoming year once i have a car to make some money and start saving for college.

The best part of 2014 for me would have to be making all the new friends I have. They have all been so great I don't know what I would do without them. I'm not exactly sure what I'm looking forward to the most in 2015, but if I had to chose I would say meeting new people. I have never really been a people person so I think it would be good for me. One thing I hope to accomplish in 2015 would have to be trying something new, something I have never done before. I think I am going to try track but I'm not sure yet.

The best part about 2014 was the relationships i developed with people. Although some ultimately were not meant to be and others blossomed i learned alot about life. It was a year in which i grew alot as a person and in my understanding of the twists and turns of life. Something look forward to in 2015 is being with my friends and enjoying life in general. Something I hope to accomplish for 2015 is show my appreciation for others and to learn how to better cope with stress and worry less about what other people think .

For me the best part of 2014 was the football season, joining choir, meeting new people and changing my attitude towards life, 2015? Well I'm looking foreward to football again, I'm looking foreward to maybe doing a solo at pops, maybe getting my drivers license, and staying in shape and hopefully continue going for my dreams and goals

I appologize that I haven't got this in due to being in the hospital. I am going back in Monday, but while I have a chance, my favorite part of 2014 would have to be being elected into choir council. It was a big surprise to me. What I am looking forward to in 2015 is graduating high school and my goal for 2015 is to be more outgoing and control aspects of my depression that so it no longer controls my life.

2014 has been a year of recovery for me. Everything wasn't all good but it wasn't all bad either. I realized what kind of person that I was and I learned how to accept who I am as well. This year 2015, I hope to achieve my goals and take a step to becoming successful. I look forward to meeting new people, experiencing great things, graduating with honors, and to continuing to love myself and find positive things that I can get into that could make me an even more better person than I am today. I also hope to make my family proud by graduating and continuing doing what I love, because we've come along way throughout all of these years.

The best part of 2014 was starting senior year. It's sad to know that the high school part of my life (especially choir) will be over, but it's exciting knowing that a new part of my life will be starting. I look forward to finishing high school, staring college and growing as a person in between. I hope to really focus on myself this year and making the year the best it can be. I want to face challenges head on, make every moment count, really taking in my surroundings, and not just drift through life.

The best part of 2014 was going to Virginia for a church trip, I enjoyed this because I got to meet new people and experience the happiness people had when we came to help them in their homes. I look forward to going to California in 2015 because I think it's going to be a super cool experience with everything we get to do. Especially getting the chance to go to universal studios. What I look forward to in 2015 is having no regrets. I am going to try and say everything I need to say and do everything I can do in order to not have any regrets for myself, because I feel like one of the worst things in life is letting a moment past where you could have said something or changed something and it will eat away at you.
